Share Sizes: REGULAR - Most 2-person families easily utilize a regular share. HALF - The same types of veggies, but in smaller volumes (it is about 2/3 of the regular share size in total volume).

Spring CSA Program

We will continue to prebag all shares for the spring CSA season. Read about our CSA pickup procedures here.

From sweet winter carrots to new spring greens and other great local food in between, this spring share will bring you the best early vegetables from our hoophouses complemented with hearty winter vegetables. The vegetable share includes spinach, mesclun, microgreens, lettuce, pac choi, scallions, radishes, onions, carrots, new potatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and many more! What's in a Share?

March:
Spinach, kale, pea shoots, chard, microgreens, pac choi, potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, and cabbage. 

April:
Potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, arugula, spinach, mesclun, fresh herbs, radishes, kale, and pea shoots.

May: 
Lettuce, mesclun, arugula, braising greens, salad turnips, new potatoes, scallions, cucumbers, zucchini, and herb plants for your garden.
